Has season 10 of NCIS come out on television yet?

I have finished the season 1 to 9 on NCIS DVD set, so I want to know when the 10th season will come out. I think NCIS is a crime tv show which is different from others. I love it. Do you know any information on the NCIS season 10! Plz tell me!
