How many seasons of one tree hill are there?

I know that there are totally 9 seasons of the TV series One Tree Hill, but I wonder if that is it or if there are any more seasons of it?

Can I start watching One Tree Hill with Season 7?

I’ve got the season 7 of One Tree Hill complete 1-9 on DVD from my friend and I want to know can I start watching the series from here? Or should I watch the seasons 1-6 before?

After watching the NCIS complelte seasons 1-9 DVD, I found that Abby is good at computer. Could you tell me something about Abby? if she is not please tell me her job and the qualifications you need.

In NCIS seasons 9 there was an episode i cannot mind?

Life beofre his eyes and Playing with fire. There was a scene where Gibbs says to someone about staying safe, something to do with tides. I would love to know this quote because I want it maybe as a tattoo, can someone please tell me they know what i am talking about and tell me the quote please

I checked and there are 8 episodes between "Life Before His Eyes" and "Playing with Fire".
